ちょいと前ですがサイモンの指揮により我が家でフォンデュ。


安上がりで美味しくてアクティブな食事。もっと頻繁にやるべきだ。

Kirschwasser という透明なブランデーでしょうか、にまずパンを浸して
それをチーズに漬けると最高。キルシュというのは２度蒸留してあるのか、
なかなか強い。冬にはもってこい。
